Civility World

If you visited, or worked in, or designed, a theme park with the name of Civility World, what would you expect it to feature, and why?

What would you expect its policies and practices to convey?

How would you expect its staff to be trained?

Perhaps you would have no interest in visiting, or working in, or designing, a theme park called Civility World. 

You may not even be interested in investing in such a facility.  You may regard it as unprofitable, particularly if effective public health measures are put in place, and effective climate mitigation measures.

Perhaps your idea of Civility World is entirely virtual.  You may not believe the real world can be either civil or viable.
